Does anyone know if it matters that the motherboard uses different type memory than the video card. Example: Motherboard DDR2 - Vid card DDR3 . You guys think it will be a problem, as far as compatibility?

the vram is completely diff than the mb's ram. they're on completely different busses. so it doesn't matter. =)
